Stop gooning to porn, fantasize instead. Porn is what's bad for your brain, gooning not so much.

If you can't go from porn to no porn instantly at least watch like solo videos or listen to sex ASMR or sm because it's not as weird as watching another dude fuck a girl who doesn't know you exist, and from then on you can gradually reduce exposure until you quit porn entirely.
