I just started my no porn journey but i want to stop gooning as well but i cant seem to do it i give in the urge doesn't leave i got addicted to porn at 9 because of bad friends and i hate myself for it i look at women lustfully before i see who they really are i hate that and I'm the most insecure person ever. I guess that's a good thing because it lead me to the forums and ascension but that's besides t he point if you have any tips let me know.

You will fail 100s of times in the beginning. Write down all your triggers. Most people in those communities never write down their triggers, so you'll already be ahead of many in the beginning if you do that and that way you can get longer streaks faster but it will take time.
