I WAS ADDICTED TO NICOTINE FROM 15-18
The routine is simple
Day 1 you will wake up say 7am you can do you're nicotine until 10am from 10-5pm dont touch it at all. after that time has passed you may
Day 2-5 exact same routine but try and hold off after 5 as long as you're fag mind can
Days 5-10 don't hit it from when you wake up until around 5ish
Days 10-16 you will not do any nicotine if you followed the steps this rewires you're brain because it expects the dopamine all of the time but you're not giving it the dopamine
You're brain will not expect it as much making the cold turkey period 60% easier atleast
Replacing nicotine with stimulants such as ritalin concerta Vyvanse is also a game changer if you're a focuscel
