I hear it's awful quitting adderall. It'll blow over you just have to sleep a lot and get your body the rest it's needed. Your nervous system was in perpetual 24 hour fight or flight so just take it easy and eat a lot of food too. Just do the basics and give your body some R&R.

Do you have Paramount+ ? I recommend watching Tulsa King. It has Stallone in it and it's really good.
