I love dairy products like cheese and I love milk the reason I quit dairy is mainly due to the galactose content (a sugar used to shorten lifespan in the lab, it’s found in many foods but at high concentrations in dairy)
Interestingly, this deleterious effect of galactose can be ameliorated by apigenin, which is in highest concentrations in parsley. So when I consume dairy I megadose parsley
