Yeah i think im just gonna let my skin heal for this week, then use start using tret and spf50 again or maybe just aloe vera

All you do with skincare is fucking up your natural protective mechanisms and skin layers.
One week is not enough to give your skin time to recover, you need at least 2-4 weeks.

If you want better skin, change your diet, consume 20g gelatin powder daily, get all your vitamins and minerals etc. and if this isn't enough start r-hGH, melanotan 2, etc.

I myself have a few but through natrual tan (sun exposure), gelatin powder, r-hGH, proper sleep and diet etc. my skin shines like the sun.
And not only my skin, my eyes, my eyebrows, my lashes, my hair, everything.
