if anybody saw my recent posts and encouraged me to keep going I just wanna say thank you.

I’m afraid I’ll slip too deep into the rabbit hole and end up destroying myself so to avoid that I’d rather quit this website

I’ll keep working out and try to get a better physique but that’s about it
