Quitting vapes/cigs/zyns cold turkey

How do you do it? These vapes r expensive asf and nicotine on its own (apparently) is a nootropic;
I'm probably coping cause these chinese chemicals r invading my ballz and i have no thought.
I'm gonna quit cold turkey and replace the conditioning habit by drinking water thru a straw maybe?

Nic withdrawal is hell and i should prolly quit a few months pre surgery cause of bleeding risks and other complications.
Any tips?
