I know, that's why i want to buy the plasters, the least harmful nicotine injection, but they are expensive.
I smoked about 3 packs of cigarettes daily 2 years ago for several years.
Glad that i switched to vapes, they're not as bad as cigs, but still shit because you just vape a lot more than you smoke cigs.

i only buy disposables. im not talking about the actual leak quality or anything like that, its mostly the liquid quality im saying, theres some really trash ones and some insanely good ones, with experience and testing you just learn which ones work best for you
