Im thinking about giving Up Finasteride. Honestly...

I used Fin since April 2022 til end of 2023. O,5 mg each day, switched to 0,5 mg every 2 day.

from what I can See Finasteride gave me more pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. I personally dont know why Finasteride does that.
That alone is reason enough for me to quit Fin...

no libido, deppresion, anxiety + my hairline wasnt that bad now Im coping with ''natural'' things and I have norwood 0-1, same hairline since 16 years old. Im 19 now.

Try the topical version. Some people get rid of their sides after running that shit. It reduces systemic DHT slightly less.

I did, it’s for prevention and if you’re not a retard/uber-unlucky, you can manage the sides very easily (to the point where you have 0), you also get the added anti aging benefits too.

Hm, hard to tell, since I had ht anyway before I used fin I cant tell for sure.

I talked with my dermatologist, he said there is no point in topical since after some time fin will accumulate in blood and it will be the same as the pills

no it blocks the conversion of testo to dht and as a result estrogen and testosterone raises

anyways you could try topical solutions succ as pyri or ru

Much more managable.

Anyways, safe drug. Much safer than steriods some users here worship.

No, it does not. It should even reduce acne in theroy (and it did for me) because androgens are a cause of pimples.

If you're worried about your skin, take Tretinoin and stop being a Hypochondriac.

the level of finasteride in blood while using it topically is way lower than oral, and you don't need to use as high concentrations when you use it topically

doesn't test increase only lead to worse skin because it leads to a DHT increase (which it wouldn't in this case)?
