thats possible most people out there probably don't even know what filler is, if they only know about jaw surgery due to sleep apnea or bite issue.

Fillers look amazing for a short time until they spread out.

the thing is that you shouldnt use fillers at all for some big bone defiance or if you are old. The so-called spread out effect is caused by the fact that your own soft tissue is already sagging, so the filler follows it. another thing is that as soon as the filler starts to dissolve, a free space is created - because the filler simply increases the volume/stretching soft tissue, creates a pocket like when you have an implant and then you remove it. There would have to be a permanent filler or one with a longer effect to prevent this from happening.

Those people want a normal looking jaw and are so recessed that any imorovement is life saving for them. Most of them have sleep apnea, so they obviously care more about that than looking like some Instagram chad. But you need to have sleep apnea to understand how shit life becomes with it
