r legs even worth training on cycle?

idk about on cycle but off cycle surely if you train legs you have more blood which flows to the legs/pelvis area meaning you can get better eq no? cause ever since i started training legs i got wayy beter eq

Not really worth it imo.

Especially if you're on cycle.

Upper should always be the focus. Pull ups, upper chest, side raises and biceps. Best for natties as well imo.

Doing a leg day if you are doing any classic PPL it's not gonna take any gains from your top half. You are probably recovering fast enough but in normal scenarios it could be even detrimental if you are overtraining other muscles because of this.
