It is purely about looks. If the man is ugly he will be insulted off his race. If he is good looking they will either find good things about his race or just forgive all the problems they previously saw with that race. It's just looks.

Race doesn't matter past chadlite, but also race has a very close correlation with looks like average white is mtn and average ethnic is ltn which means their floor and ceiling is higher and also whites tend to have a higher concentration of good looking people relative to their population compared to other races
