It’s Athens so maybe they are Greeks of Aegean or Anatolian ancestry.
Like I said last night, even the mainland nowadays is flooded with Aegean and Anatolian genetics due to urbanization and the population exchange of the 1920’s in Greece. Most major cities in Greece aren’t fully mainland but rather mixed with Islander and Anatolian ancestry + some non-Greek immigrants as well.

Island Greeks look somewhat Levantine-shifted but technically their closest match in terms of phenotype are Sicilians and Calabrian Italians.

British Islanders are the most pale people on the planet due to highest prevalance of mutations and extremes. There is no rule that the further north you go, the whiter your skin color will become. For example Alaska Natives are light brown like MENA people despite them living in Alaska. This might be due to ice reflecting sunlight. It applies to Finnish people too.
