Yes that is what is called Intra-regional mixing. It is not considered race mixing because the children still remain in the same genetic cluster but over time these clusters will shift too because these clusters are not static but I guess for the short term of a few generations it makes sense.

I never said they weren't, Pakis/Indians are obviously not the same, Pakis have far higher aryan DNA and are clearly different. This thread wasn't specifically about south asians but race-mixing in general. Ofc indians/pakis shouldn't mix and usually that is the case, Pakistanis do not marry indians. I did not recommend Pakistanis to marry white/caucasian women, i said if that were to happen, it wouldn't be an issue because the compatibility is there. You may not like this statement but its' true, i have personally seen many children of these two races mixed and the children are almost always attractive and usually white.
