This claim becomes invalid. The result of mass immigration to countries such as America, or Sweden persay, is cultural acceptance. The result of cultural acceptance is obviously going to be positive for the new cultures. Races who were once feared or looked at as 'inferior' can become the norm within the timespan of a generation. People are influenced by those who come before them, and ideologies in people are constantly changing to match those around themselves.
