There isn't any real racism in the west. That's why racial hoaxes are so common. Like the Jesse Smollet hoax. And if you ask most black people about the racism they supposedly encounter daily, you'll get responses like "that white guy looked at me funny" or "that white lady said 'you people'". In other words, it involves alot of mind reading. It's never "I was sitting in the park studying algebra and then some KKK members came out of nowhere and beat me up while using racial slurs"
