What people call racism is actually just the rational pursuit of group interests. People compete with one another at the group level the same as they do at the individual level. Calling somebody a racist for advancing the interests of their group is like calling somebody an individualist for prioritizing their own personal interests over those of other people as if this makes them evil somehow.

If you don't want your group 'oppressed', make sure it's strong enough that it can't actually be oppressed in the first place.
