I’m not sure. I went from ≈ 6’3 to ≈ 6’4 morning height focusing on posture, using a chiropractor and an inversion table. But I was very weak and couldn’t stand straight before I discovered the gym. I genuinely think everyone has 1-2 inches of hidden height they can unlock. Not the same as getting taller but 95% of the pop isn’t at their height potential
