Rad with no PCT at 14 what do I do

If you seen my other thread you would know im a retard and got caught mid cycle of rad140 and couldn't pct at 14. I got caught the first day of this year and couldn't take enclo anything cuz my parents are slaves to the doctors. I went to the doctors right after and they told me my test was like 79. That was back in January. Is there anything I can do to make sure my puberty isn't fucked. I'm 5'8 rn also.
