fucking brutal. At most all i had was a noseblood on ostarine and that was mainly cuz how fucking heavy i was lifting, and the amount of food and salt i started ingesting as a pre work out too + caffiene.

I was on accutane too. Interesting results though bro

i ran 3 accutane cycles i dont even wanna see my cholosteral ,i take 15k steps a day though i should be good? I dont eat high colosteral shit anyway i eat low fatr

Its so amazing as a pre work out, but the day after i unironically see my skin get worse the next day, and the moment i hop off its way better. I love diet soda as a pre work out, i dunk like italian bread into the soda too as a pre work out lol, i ingest like 100g carbs and 50mg caffiene and im fueled as fuck.

Shit cant be healthy though, i try to only drink caffinated drinks only if i really really need to
