No. He is 17+% body fat. Despite most americans being 35+% body fat with beer guts; No, he is not lean yet.
He is at a healthy weight but not lean.

He looks unnatural because he got angle fillers to look like he is 10-12% at 17% or higher. Nobody has a jaw that angular at his body fat which is why it looks weird.

As other users already said; he would have gotten a better result by first cutting body fat for another 3-6 months, *then* doing Radiesse angle fillers (or just Profhilo). His current result gives him zero boost IRL or is negative aesthetically.

His midface is also too chubby for his angularity. It simply looks off because he didn't drop low enough body fat before doing this.

Exactly. People notice incongruencies like that. You’ll never in your life see a guy that angular at 15%bf let alone 18%. And the angles are just waaay too sharp when the other parts of his face are round, making him uncanny. Don’t even get me started on the fact that he has testicules growing where his chin should be Jfl.

I know a case (natural) that have the same : square angular jaw and the rest rounded
