So far in November, four storms have formed and all of them have been named. The month started off with the formation of Tropical Storm Lane in the Eastern Pacific, followed by Tropical Storm Patty forming out of the open Atlantic, The next day, Typhoon Yinxing formed in the West Pacific, followed by Hurricane Rafael in the Atlantic.
