Mixed almond powder, protein powder,milk and 2 eggs. I couldn't even finish this clump of garbage. I can't believe I wasted 800 calories on this disgusting abomination. And I'm still fucking hungry.

yeah i remember buying something like that in the begging of the year, Sounded decent i eat allot of pancakes.
Bought some protein pancakes, And this was the worst pancakes i ever had.... it tasted like nothing.. felt like i was eating the mixing powder.

better to mix chocolate protein with 2 tbsp (ish) water and mix for pudding like texture. fast easy
