Fun to play: Oregon, Clubhouse

Good: Nighthaven Labs, Chalet, Outback

Meh: Border, Coastline

Annoying: Villa, Emerald Plains, Kanal

Makes you lose your shit: Bank, Lair, Kafe, Theme Park, Skyscraper
