This is a guide I made and for the most part I have used them. My first article will be about raising T levels naturally since there are people here complaining about Money issues or just being scared of needles. I will soon post an Ultimate Guide to roid smart with different Goals ( Face;height;Physique etc ). If yall wanna give me Ideas for what to add in the next Thread then pm. Btw dont come running after me saying this is surface level shit ( it is ) . If you think you know everything then just leave or
. This Thread is for the People who dont know where to start from.
As we know, High T + low E is the cheat code for Bones and Muscles. It builds a square jaw, dense muscle, low body fat, thick hair, clear skin, deep voice, and unbreakable frame + confidence. Low T/high E does the opposite: soft features, gynecomastia risk, belly fat, and low energy.
You already know the obvious stuff. We’ll cover it fast, then hit the other stuff that may be new to you
Test first if possible, but these are safe and effective:
Known but proven:
Lesser-known / obscure but backed by real studies (these are the ones almost nobody uses):
Stack (8–12 weeks, then bloodwork):Zinc (night) + Boron (morning) + Tongkat Ali + Shilajit + Ashwagandha. Cycle off every 3 months.
Target it directly:
Avoid: Plastics (BPA/phthalates = xenoestrogens), excessive alcohol, soy and unfermented soy.
Morning (upon waking):
With meals:
Evening (empty stomach or with dinner):
Weekly: 3–4x resistance and Track BF%

You already know the obvious stuff. We’ll cover it fast, then hit the other stuff that may be new to you
1. The Non-Negotiables (Skip These = Wasted Effort)
- Sleep 7–9 hours, same time every night. Most T is produced during deep REM. One week of bad sleep tanks T by 10–15%. Dark room, cold, consistent schedule. T follows a circadian rhythm: peaks 7–9 AM after waking, lowest around 7–8 PM. Train and supplement around this.
- Eat like a man. Whole foods, 1.6–2.2 g protein/kg, healthy fats (eggs, red meat, olive oil, avocados) for hormone synthesis. Cut out Goyslop aka sugar ( excluding Fruits ), seed oils, ultra-processed junk.
- Lift heavy 4–5x/week Moderate-high intensity resistance training raises T. Avoid high cortisol cardio.
- Stay 10–15% body fat. Excess fat = more aromatase enzyme = more T → E conversion. Lose fat = instant T boost + lower E.
- Manage stress. Chronic cortisol murders T and raises E. Meditate or walk daily.
2. Core Micronutrients (Fix Deficiencies First)
Test first if possible, but these are safe and effective:
- Zinc (high-absorption forms): Bisglycinate, picolinate, or gluconate. 15–30 mg elemental daily (don’t exceed 40 mg long-term). Absorption starts in 1–2 hours; peak blood levels in 2–4 hours on empty stomach. Supports T production enzymes. Deficiency is common and tanks T fast.
- Vitamin D3 (5,000 IU) + K2. Deficiency = low T. One year-long study showed +20% T rise.
- Magnesium (glycinate or threonate, 300–400 mg). Boosts free T, especially with training.
3. Evidence-Based Supplements (The Stack Most Guys Miss)
Known but proven:
- Ashwagandha (KSM-66 or Sensoril, 300–600 mg): Multiple RCTs show +15–20% T rise, lowers cortisol.
- Fenugreek (500–600 mg standardized): Meta-analyses confirm consistent T increases in multiple trials.
Lesser-known / obscure but backed by real studies (these are the ones almost nobody uses):
- Boron (6–10 mg/day): One of the most slept-on minerals. Human study: 10 mg/day for 1 week increased free testosterone significantly, lowered estradiol, dropped SHBG, and reduced inflammation markers (hsCRP, TNF-α). Another trial showed similar 17β-estradiol and T shifts. Works fast and cheap. Almost zero looksmaxxers talk about it.
- Shilajit (purified, 250–500 mg/day, standardized fulvic acid): 90-day RCT in healthy men: +23.5% total T and free T. Another trial in 45–55-year-olds confirmed significant rises in T and DHEAS. Himalayan resin with trace minerals – niche but legit.
- Tongkat Ali (LJ100 standardized extract, 200–400 mg/day): 2022 systematic review + meta-analysis of RCTs: significant total T increase in both healthy and hypogonadal men. Also improves free T and reduces fatigue. The patented LJ100 version has the strongest data.
- Cistanche tubulosa extract (standardized phenylethanoid glycosides, 200–400 mg): Animal and mechanistic studies show it up-regulates key steroidogenic enzymes (CYP11A1, 3β-HSD) in Leydig cells, boosting T synthesis. Human data is emerging but promising for reproductive function and hormone pathways. Super obscure in looksmaxx circles.
Stack (8–12 weeks, then bloodwork):Zinc (night) + Boron (morning) + Tongkat Ali + Shilajit + Ashwagandha. Cycle off every 3 months.
4. Natural Estrogen Control (Lower E Without Pharma)
Target it directly:
- Calcium D-Glucarate (500–1,000 mg/day): Inhibits beta-glucuronidase in the gut so estrogen gets excreted instead of reabsorbed
- Extra daily cruciferous veggies + white button mushrooms (some evidence they inhibit aromatase).
Avoid: Plastics (BPA/phthalates = xenoestrogens), excessive alcohol, soy and unfermented soy.
5. Sample Daily Protocol
Morning (upon waking):
- Sunlight + cold shower
- Tongkat Ali + Boron + Vitamin D3/K2
- Heavy lift session
With meals:
- Cruciferous veggies
- Calcium D-Glucarate
Evening (empty stomach or with dinner):
- Zinc bisglycinate
- Ashwagandha + Shilajit
- 7–9 hours sleep (dark/cool room)
Weekly: 3–4x resistance and Track BF%
