If you want to raise your hyoid bone, just do rapid jaw opening exercises. Those train your fast-twitch muscle fibers in your jaw.

Anyways, it's really easy.

Hyoid Workout Plan

- Open your jaw as wide as you can. Do it as fast as you can.
- Hold this position for ten seconds

10 Reps
3 Sets daily


If you do these consistently, expect significant results. Get those suprahyoid muscles pumping

Just did a set. 10 reps, 10 seconds per rep right? Holding my jaw all the way open like that had my tmj burning under my masseter more than anything

Has anyone actually seen results to doing this? This study has been floating around for some while now, but nobody has actually reported any results rom doing this. It's not clear to me if the changes observed in the study actually causes aesthetic changes.
