raising lower eyelid with bad undereyes = over?

If bad undereye support from either bone or fat padding and then u get canthopexy or lower eyelid retraction repair, would it look like ur perma squinting like a tard?

Or would it look natural? Do u need saddled implants then so the lower eyelid isnt so vertically tall

Also im 5x4.75 or 5x5 if fully bricked, over? Dihcel?

This happens sometimes but you can get it touched up, and it could be considered getting botched. You will def see yourself as perma squinting for a while until you get used to your new appearance, others won't notice it as much.
