The following is a list of stuff that will raise testosterone production. Unlike most of the other lists I see on this stuff, everything on this list actually has studies behind them. If you want to do your own research, you can go to the ncbl studies database, and search this stuff up starting by the most recent studies. This list is not really formatted, but you can still see what it says so that's good enough.

Raising Free Testosterone is what matters, and raising androgen receptor density also helps:

Vitamin d raises it, 8000 iu's a day if you're deficient is recommended: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5541280/

Megadosing vitamin e (got that from a post on this site)

boron
ashgwandha
magnesium
l carnitine (for andro receptors)
having low amount of polyunsatured fats (and a lot higher amounts of other fats).
Pomegranate juice raises free test.
More risky is dopa mucuna.

Sufficient vit a also needs to be there for proper test production, vit b also seems to help as it lowers estrogen and prolactin. Also higher selenium and zinc blood levels have been linked to higher test levels.

Also to raise dht levels, butea superba and creatine work, although creatine causes more water bloat

Donating blood to lower iron has also been shown to raise testosterone in some people, heres a study on that: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6435491

Cistanche may also raise t, it did so in rat trials, but not in human trials, and it was also able to reverse damage caused by a chemotherapy drug on leydig cells.
Also whey protein may act like msg with the free glutamate and kill off hormone producing brain cells, its better to take that in very low doses at a time.
Also: https://anabolicmen.com/rhodiola-rosea-testosterone/
Also Red Light Therapy, using only 650 nm light from a laser diode, has been shown to boost testosterone in rats. Near infrared has been shown to slightly damage testicle cells at high doses/intensities in rats so dont use that. LED red light might work but Im not sure, it depends on how deep the light penetrates.
Also look into general Light Therapy, its tested and worked in humans. Here's the study: https://www.ecnp.eu/Informationandnews/Press/Faglioli

You forgot to mention that vitamin d should always be taken with vitamin k2

Also zinc/ grape seed extract are missing which have an aromatase inhibiting effect therefore raising test , lowering estrogen and improving the test /est ratio

But good post for a graycel

only people with utter subhuman endocrine systems would really benefit

Boosting natural testosterone is the biggest cope ever
You are legit retarded if you think anything significnt will happend after your testosterone changes from 1000 to 1100
Testosterone wont change anything, stop coping, prenatal T is the most important

Yeah but never at the same time though, vitamin D3 will always win out over K2 so you wanna have foods high in K2 at a different time ideally.

Nah they r not competing why else would there be thousands of combination products

He's actually right about that it was surprising to find out for me too, but not suprising that supplement companies don't care. They don't expect their customers to be educated. Ideally vitamin and K2 are taken at separate times and not combined. Check this and the links it provides: https://www.consumerlab.com/answers...en-separately/vitamin-k-vitamin-d-absorption/
Interesting thank you nigga
I think the difference is not that significant if together or separately

But as soon as my stash is empty I will start doing it separately

What is your current stash?
Are you asking me about all my supplements or

In regard of vitamin d and vitamin k = I have one bottle of Oliveoil with vitamin k2 mk7 20mcg per drop and vitamin d3 500IU per drop
I take 10 drops
So 5000iu and 200mcg

On the pic that’s all my supplements/meds ,two things are missing vitamin b complex and magnesium (the pic is maybe a week old idk)

I have a lot more looksmaxing stuff

Nice stash, i don't have a pic of my stack but I take all 5000iu d3, same as you, i ran out of mk7 so I have to order it.

I hope it's a huge difference supplementing D3 and K2 together

More important than supplements is avoiding things that will lower your T.

Add nigella sativa to the cope list. The only way to increase test naturally is to inject test

Vitamin E doesn't raise T, it's an estrogen receptor antagonist and an aromatase inhibitor. Also boron raises estrogen.

This is all old news boyo, we already know how these cope supplements work. Btw Forskolin mogs.
