Raising/Tighting the hyoid bone possible?

Couldnt find any concrete information about this surgery. some users here recommend surgery like this but is this even possible? My hyiod placement is shit as fuck I really need a surgery like that

it can get raised when your jaw gets advanced via surgery

then there is also hyoid suspension surgery but it think it doesnt get performed for cosmetic reasons

It does, at least temporarily, but I have also seen some studies that show that proper tongue posture is linked to stronger suprahyoid muscles (these are the muscles that pull the hyoid bone superiorly) so it might have long-term effects on the position of the hyoid bone.

Anyway, there's suprahyoid myotomy, but I don't quite understand how it works so I can't tell you much about it.
