I can't tell if you're baiting or just ignorant racist, but I will bite. The 2 characters you mentiond is from an Anime story set in a world that closely resembles German historical treatment towards the Jewish population (Marleyans and Eldians alike), so it's given that it consists of semi-historical European elements and influence, yeah? It's not a 1:1 direct comparative motif as it extends beyond the only dynamic between the groups, but the genocidal armbands, the parallels of Subjects of Ymir to Jewish is sound. A lot of the characters have Germanic names so that's further points. AOT is atypical as a story and setting from the conventional Anime that either takes place in Japan, or an idealised fictional - both past and future - Japan. The characters are "white" in your context is correct, yet there's clear tangible boundaries even if we're including Anime that takes place in a foreign setting - by either through defining the characters ethnicity from the start (most Isekais), or the general rule of thumb of Anime is inherently Japanese due to the tropes and stigmas associated with it. The latter is a moot point, but I figure to bring it up if you're interested in learning. So no, your premise is fallacious as the characters you mentiond are of clear Euroepean influence

Nah. Most anime characters look like whites. If the japanese want to draw their own people you notice. Movies like colorful, Studio gibili and others like steins gate have characters in them that have matching skintones, facial structure and even eyecolor of japanese people. On the other hand movies like a silent voice, most new movies, attack on titan or suzume have charCters that look white.

It's almost as if you did not or chose to ignore the expression of my comment.

Have you actually interacted with Japanese individuals, and how they view Anime characters? Reveal: They're Japanese or East Asian with a few exception. Let's not argue physiognomy as Anime is the ideal depiction of that aspect, and that's why all characters are deemed attractive. Violet Evergarden for example is clearly European influenced and takes place in a fictional European country, but show me an example of a real life European - or any real life humans regardless of race - with non-existent nose, a line for smile and eyes that occupy 50% of their face? Every feature is either greatly exagerrated or simplify. The face alone does not define the race, but rather the culture and setting. Want a Western example? Show me examples of white Americans that looks like the Simpsons, or the characters from Phineas and Ferb, or Avatar (though, influenced by Asian culture). They look white because you're white and is attempting to assert yourself as the character excluding the notion of foreign settings. Also, not trying to be condescending, if you think they are "white", then why won't Europeans create on the basis through emulation of the artstyle? There's inconsistency in the examples your brought up Silent voice is the archetypal artstyle of most Anime characters similar to Steins Gate and Sume- albeit with slight variations, both are deeply rooted in Japanese culture and influenced by the tropes used, so that's a point to ponder on. Studio ghbil varies depending of the movie setting; Howls' moving castle was an adapataion of a novel with similar title by a Welsh (?) author iirc, and hence European. However, Spirited Away, The Boy and Heron, Princess Mononoke and such are unambiguously Japanese. New movies is a wide bracket, so do be specific. The Boy and Heron is a new movie, but it's not. AOT: I already extensively talked about it so no qualms here.

already did, why are you acting that's not the case? I tried to converse in good faith, yet it seems so far none will reciporate. Anyway, I made my point, you can circlejerk and wallow in your own delusions, but it will not change the perception by the majority outside of circles

dawg I have relentlessly argued on the basis of those picture for countless hours in the past, you think this revolutionary? First of all, I have posit on face doesn't determine the race of a character, but the culture and settings does - if you've actually read the short paragraph. First of all, the images in comparison are cherrypicked; pray tell an Average white person could relate and identifies with an Anime character outside of their written personality and story, meaning the tropes used, cultural hints and the NAME. You're taking a a conventionally ugly of East Asian descent individual and comparing with your typical "Aryan" with ascertain features to fit your narrative. Cloud was never meant to be accurate representation of East Asian. It's clear Final Fantasy characters is not grouped under an holistic racial typing, and many FF players have already discuss on this very topic. They reflect the desirable of ideal facial proportions while having neotenous, softer features. FF characters could be determined as Eurasian or Asian-white mixed. I almost forgot to mentioned the face card that influenced card and most FF characters? Here the Japanese singer: Gackt
Now, we are arguing on Anime characters, not 3D ones, so let's continue on premise. Like I've said, do read my previous paragraph and grant me an example of a real life human. Until then, my point stands
