It is the blessed holy month of ramadan. Which means more hasanat but less gains at the gym
Muslim bros, remember to eat a high carb high protein suhoor (early morning meal) so you can retain as much water as possible, keep yourself satiated, fill up your glycogen storages, and keep your muscles
Don't eat too much for iftar (evening meal) or you will inhibit your natural HGH production. Keep your protein intake high but try to eat as little carbs as possible. Make sure to take vitamins to prevent bone density from lowering
After iftar have a light workout, a few pushups, squats, and pullups to keep your muscles tight and not let them waste away. Don't go to complete failure because you wont build back the muscle
And try your best to pray taraweeh as much as possible. Increases iman and trains your joints
