Is Ramieri too bluepilled? Even the surgeons I'm speaking to rn, I worry sometimes they might not be blackpilled enough, and Ramieri is even more bluepilled than them. I'm surprised he's such a big name on this forum. Underadvancements are very common.

What do you guys think?

He errs on the side of caution. Definitely not the right surgeon for .org users obsessed with getting so called “mogger movements”.

It’s basically the ones an American citizen with good health insurance would get. Otherwise, prepare 100-200k USD or even more.

I would be interested to see examples, but it is important to mention this about surgeries:

If you get a perfect surgery, you will probably still sometimes wonder if you should have gotten a more extreme change.

This should be treated as an axiom for cosmetic surgery. This is essential for a reasonable take on harmonious proportions. The opposite, getting too big of a movement, is often much worse, and is basically irreversible in the case of jaw surgery.

I’ll do a consult with him and see what he can do. At the end of the day you can only advance by enough to support non relapse and maintain proper function, I’ve seen some natural good results from him
