Ramieri or Pagnoni for trimax?

I had a consultation with both Ramieri and Pagnoni and both of them recommended me a trimax without any type of implant. They also both require lower wisdom teeth extraction prior to the surgery. Who's more skilled between the two of them? I'm probably leaning towards Ramieri

Why go to them when you can get the same results at any surgeon who has an eye for aesthetics, but you do you, if i had to chose between Pagnoni or Ramieri i would personally go with Ramieri tho.

apparently my lower wisdom teeth are growing towards the other teeth so when he performs bsso it can create some problems. I'm already a class 1 and don't need to decompensate so I don't think they gon do any retraction

Why go to them when you can get the same results at any surgeon who has an eye for aesthetics, but you do you, if i had to chose between Pagnoni or Ramieri i would personally go with Ramieri tho.

there's no omfs in my region. they're the closest to me since I live in Italt and I don't really have a money problem nor do I know other surgeons with their credibility or experience
