I cant really decide which surgeon I should consult for my biimax and genio. Anyone has good experiences with either one?
 
italian surgeons scam foreign patients asking the double of their usual price, so idk what's more convenient

still cheaper as if I were to go to zarrinbal. I will probably still go to italy, but might consult with zarrinbal aswell
