Had a consultation with him and he doesn't do them anymore. He said the risk to reward ratio is too high and you'd be better of with a genioplasty + implant

That's sad tbh.. I feel like it was allowing way more advancement of the chin point frauding better results. I feel it was good especially for surgery first patients that are getting like 7-8mm BSSO and rarely more

I'm no expert but the semi chin wing usually gives an overly thick/wide ogre chin.

He is blackpilled on aesthetics but that's between you and him
