Ramieri Surgery Coming Up, Giant Implant is Designer

Planning on getting jaw implants, rhinoplasty, genioplasty, infraorbital/malar implants, and potentially a lefort 1 (will discuss with Ramieri in May) in early July. Looking forward to it.

How much ascension is realistically possible? Hoping to achieve lin00b 2.0 type of results, a tad bit more natural looking but transformative nonetheless. He went to pagnoni I believe but I heard Ramieri is solid as well.

lin00b looks uncanny, he has hunter eyes supras and hunter eyes infras but his actual eyes still look incel. i dont think ram will agree on those oversized implants anyway

Unless something goes wrong you will almost certainly ascend. But I wouldn’t expect radical life changing results, maybe you will get lucky, but probably just a modest improvement. There’s only so much surgery can do tbh. You’d need to post face to get a more accurate assessment

Are you just sayin that or have you actually asked Ramieri if he works with Giant? What the surgeons actually want to do matters like Ramieri could potentially refuse cause he is not a fan of big implants

I'm talking to the ones that had surgery in fact heard about few cases that got ghosted after poor results.
It's also pretty easy to understand that he became a pump and dump surgeon after the popularity he got because of this shitty forum, high volume= low quality

Dumb take also 3d planning doesn't mean much it will look a lot different in most cases. Also i'm not saying about free revisions but they should since they fucked up something they should pay for it (both functional or cosmetic issues) , not sure why a lot of people here suck surgeons cock so much.

I mean i know people who had serious complications with ramieri and aesthetic complications. But every surgeon has multiple of those. The ones i have been in contact with have had relevant problems taken care off from ram. But there is allways a line where the surgeon will not so anything
