Ramieri Trimax result

Looks alright but I feel like the maxilla could have more CCW and also I feel like the maxilla and mandible could have been advanced the same amount as the steiner line looks ideal in the original just with more recession?
Its overrotated, thats why he fails lip assessment. If anything his lower jaw should have been advanced less or less rotate so the upper comes forward more(nasal base, to bring the lip more forward )

The question is more why the hell this dude got bimax, and then he even end up in the class 3 lip assessment. Thats a fail, a genio alone would have done the trick

And jfl that he said he had sfs, this dude didnt have sfs at all
Don't you think ram should consider these things and direct his clients in the right way
Additionally don't you find him to be a tad too conservative or these patients aren't asking for big enough movement , how was your case

I mean he goes safe with every movement apart from ccw. And its seems he also makes patient decomp the lower more then upper, esp when it comes to extractions etc. I think its a style of how you can perform bimax but maybe not the best. As a class 3 look like this isnt ideal obv
