Just does whatever procedures you want to the best of his ability and decades of experience. Understands what genuinely looks good on males and what doesn't. Will rarely do just one operation in a vacuum, and also adjusts your facial bone structure if it's needed for the result you want.

Other good 'blackpilled' surgeons are Pagnoni and Raffaini. Prices are not totally out of this world and achievable even by a McDonald's worker if you live frugally for a few years.
Not an advertisement, just a reminder there are options besides sanctimonious judgmental surgeons who think you are 'dysmorphic' by wanting to alter an objectively ugly face into a better version.
