Ye man, I already have a lot planned out.
After graduating I'll go work fifo in Australia for 6-9 months. I'll get 40-60k from that which I will use for surgery, before starting university.

For the surgery part, I know what I want and I just need to find the right surgeon.

That makes sense, i was shitposting because everything these days seems to be outsourced to india/3rd world. Although these maxfacs should hire English fluent people, there's a lot of money to be made from English speaking clients so it's just good business.
