yeah being lean matters a lot ofc. Also thickness of the skin (which is completely genetic and related to ethnicity). Same for having a lean face, which is mostly genetic. Some people can never get a lean face even with leanmaxing.

Ramirez used to be on the streets all day (so he burned a large part of his calories) and also used drugs, it is obvious that his %BF had to be low

If people here instead of doing "leanmaxxing" would start walking 2 or 4 hours a day and maybe use some drug, they would be very thin.
