I am looking to get RDO done. The reason is that my lower third has a ideal gonial angle, no downgrowth making the ramus the only factor determining the heigth.

As obvious I have a short ramus which makes me have a short face. An rdo has the ability to add 10 - 15 mms and would make my ramus ideal but im here to ask for what other stuff I should maybe know

I am aware that my bite which isn't bad actually pretty good will be bad without having other dental applications

I also really really want to know that my bro has the same issue but his lower third is still balanced out and is very good despite him having the same issues? How come?
