Don't get all that shit in the same procedure because there is a much higher chance you get botched. If you get everything at once you will probably save some money but it's not worth it bro, these doctors are private, don't care if they botch you and don't have ethics. After you recover from Trimax you should then decide on your implants or other shit.

its a top surgeon and the ramus flaring is usually done together with the trimax I think. Ive decided I probably wont get implants
