My ramus is on the short side(it's 5cm) how do I make It Visually Longer can I do anything with the Sideburns? Should I Keep The Sideburns Higher or Lower? In which way I can Make my Ramus Look longer?

Shorter sideburns can make ur jaw angle better, you can also reveal it by fat loss this should be enough as a 5cm ramus is considered a normal length so it can look tall, but if it bothers you too much BSSO surgery can truly change it or mandibular angle implants
