They're usually called mandibular angle implants. They look a bit goofy aha on these patients but they might help to give you some harmony. Looking really good btw keep it up

Fixing that would ascend you so hard

Achieving a slightly lower ramus would be beneficial and possibly even chin shaving/genioplasty for a slight reduction (improve harmony). Overall looking great though, already ascending most people with how you look currently.

Results #1 and #3 are a clear improvement. #2 is too poor quality image to tell. They don't look "goofy" at all. Too many people here mistake ugly/mediocre people with a modest improvement as some kind of failure. You need to have reasonable expectations.

The issue with lengthening your ramus is that it may end up looking unnatural because your ramus is already normal sized, your mandible is just really steep. Pretty risky tbh. I got angle implants recently due to having a similar issue as you albiet less severe, and flip flop daily on whether it was too much or not. Also there is always the risk of masseter dehiscence.

True I can see what you're saying. I think he needs to get part of his chin in the front shaved down and hopefully it would make his jaw less down grown and then he could get a ramus implant

bro do u know by any chance who does perform it and how does it cost?

You can visit the two examples given in the screenshot

2-4k seems to be the price range for them
