Yes bro the chin is holding you back big time. Your ramus is good.

yes, chin's the main reason. but your mandible might be slightly recessed since your lips don't sit right. do you have an overbite?

Well I’m worried about the height of the manndible my lower third is small from the front
The small lower third is most likely caused by recession, when you take the mandible forwards the lower third height increases. I would say fix the recession first, and if there are still problems with the lower third, then get jaw angle implants for the ramus.

I don’t care for ramus height just having a ldeal lower third length would be nice for the 3/3/3 ratio

Fair enough. Having a small lower third is no fun. I think trimax will give you the desired result.

dude ur chin is part of ur mandible jfl
No shit but when we speak on the mandible there are different sections to observe and comment on like the mandible itself, the Chin, the ramus, gonail angle ect

"ur chin is holding u back big time, "ur ramus is good" , the ramus is one bone. Your chin is your ramus. There isnt a seperate part to it or some shit :lul::lul::lul:
Dividing it into sections tells you the clear reason to what the problem of the profile is, one can have a really good chin but be held back by an overbite so you don’t tell a person with an overbite to get genio you tell them get a BSSO to address mandible recession not chin recession

u can divide it into sections lol. Theres no scientific description for different sections of the mandible, the mandibel and jaw are literally synonyms, theyre one bone.

If ur talking about the tip of the mandible in filler clynics they often refer to it as the chin. But the shape of it is completely dependent on the jaw.

So just addressing the chin seperately is kinda retarded. Its the equivilant of me saying u got a good maxilla but bad upper maxilla cuz of eyebags. Well then the maxilla isnt good? Thats the point.

Ur tip of ur mandible would not look like shit if it was fowardly projected more
