mandibular asym or hypoplasia due to undergrown condylar. need to do imagery to asses it

counter clockwise rotation through orthodontics because it also looks like weak mandibular support due to mandibular recession, i have a similar problem. my imagery is different tho.
you can also get fillers or plates but if you want to keep ur actual structure you need some sort of ccw rotation with elastics.

if u got major chin asymmetry then it can be a issue. otherwise its just lighting
