I posted this on LM Q section but they kept talking about some bonesmashing shit and no answered my question. So i'll post it here in the hardmaxxers section.

Here is the question if you don't want to see the post:

How to increase ramus length (hardmaxxes or softmaxxes), is gonial implants focused on vertical length enough?

Also Does BSSO or bimax improve the ramus either its length or its appearence from the side? cuz i think they push the posterior part of the jaw outward so it helps with ramus visibility.

What is the difference between gonial implants and jaw angle implants?
