Issues:

- Nose too wide/mouth too narrow (you had a mouth to nose ratio of 1.32. morphing it's 1.625 which is close to the ideal of 1.618)
- gonions are inward. They should be flared horizontally at the level of the mouth.

Procedures to solve issues:

- alarplasty (reduces the size of the alar base)
- lateral commisuroplasty (increases the width of the mouth): https://www.exploreplasticsurgery.c...-lateral-commissuroplasty-aesthetic-widening/
- Jaw angle implants (for gonion flare)


nitpicks: you have a bit of upper eyelid exposure that could be reduced with supraorbital fat grafting. I personally don't think it's a huge deal though. Your eye area looks fine imo.

You honestly don't need these and can probably slay just fine without, but if you really want to max things out, then consider the aforementioned procedures. Make sure to do your own research and do some shopping around with doctors if you decide to go through with it.
