If you still have an short ramus after development/fixing recessions and underdevelopment.

yeah good to mention you cant go past your genetics. As long as you have good habits and stuff your ramus and everything will be where its supposed to. Some people have diffrecences in bones gentically. All people have variations in their bones and features. Some people have taller/shorter ramus gentically. Some people might have longer skulls some wider and some shorter some more robust etc.
Even though your ramus is on the shorter end or some other feature is sub optimal does not mean you are doomed or anything whatosver and it is still possible to look good even if you have some of these type flaws.
